Shipping policy
Please allow a processing time of 3-5 days for all orders with Ascending Alchemy. This processing time is in addition to the shipping speed you have selected.
All retail items will be shipped via USPS, while wholesale orders will be shipped using UPS. In the event that you receive a damaged item, please contact us at hello@ascendingalchemy.com with your order number and attach photos displaying the damage. We will promptly send you a replacement item or issue store credit.
Please be aware that the estimated shipping times displayed at checkout are not guaranteed by Ascending Alchemy, as items are shipped through USPS and UPS. Ascending Alchemy is not responsible for items damaged during transit, but we are able to replace items that are damaged or defective due to reasons unrelated to shipping issues.
For international orders, USPS International First Class Mail is the most economical option but also the slowest. Shipments sent via USPS International First Class may take over a month to reach their destination and cannot be tracked once they leave the United States. We strongly recommend selecting an upgraded shipping option for international orders. If you encounter any problems with the delivery of your international order, please reach out directly to the shipping company for assistance.
Please double-check that your shipping address is accurate during checkout. If items are returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will need to cover the shipping cost for the items to be resent to the correct address. Once an item has been shipped, the shipping address cannot be modified, and a new order must be placed. In the event that an item is lost in the mail and cannot be delivered, a new order must be created. Ascending Alchemy cannot be held responsible for items once they have left our facility. If an item is lost during transit or cannot be delivered, the buyer should contact the shipping company to resolve any shipping issues or file claims with that shipping company to ensure the safe delivery of the item. Once the item has left our facility, we no longer have control over its delivery, and it will be shipped to the address provided during checkout.
